The Jackson Laboratory project consisted of all new Plumbing and HVAC systems through out the research facility. The facility allows new specimens to be safely introduced into the facilities sensitive research environment and expands the capabilities of their lab to perform a broader range of experiments. The new facility includes cryopreservation storage, laboratory and support areas and animal distribution facilities. The project was executed within a fully operationsl campus, making infection control and site cleanliness a top priority of the construction team. 3-D MEP modeling was utlized during the coordination process to aleviate clash area's prior to construction taking place.
